MCRD base and the breakfast was a plus.
The hotel in general was OK, I wouldn't stay there again only because of the customer service. Not very friendly.

The location was great and very convenient to MCRD. The staff is friendly and the hot tub and hot breakfast. The shuttle for hotel guests was very helpful.

Convenient location with comfortable pillow top beds and very nice pillows. The neighborhood was a little seedy and not conducive for single females to wander around after dark.

My husband and I were surprise at how nice the room was. They had a great breakfast, the hotel was clean in a great location and the kids were excited there was a pool. I would redefine go back to this hotel and the price was great! Great job everyone!!! ...read more

Solo Traveler
Although I think the hotel isn't bad, and the people working were nice, the physical appearance is not great, and the hotel is not doing enough to keep it looking up to par. The walkways were torn up in various places with "warning" tape around them, the cracks could cause injury to any person. Additionally, the heater/internal air system buzzed all night making it difficult to sleep. The inside of the hotel room was nice, but my mom and I did not feel very safe at the hotel because the lighting was not good (especially arriving at night). I would not recommend this place for a leisure hotel, only for maybe a budget traveler who does not mind that the hotel is Spartan-like. ...read more

The lobby was very nice, the rooms were ok, the rugs in rooms were very dirty, needed to be cleaned. It would of been nice to have a little fridge and microwave in the room. We were taveling with three small children it would of helped with snacks. ...read more
